Privacy Policy

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers you provide when you sign up.
• Pet & care data: pet profiles, health records, routines, medications, vet details, caregiver designations, and legacy-plan wishes you enter.
• AI interactions: messages you send to the in-app AI assistant and the context needed to generate care plans and insights.
• Billing data: subscription and purchase status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage & device data: basic logs, app version, and device type used to operate and secure the Service.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Generate AI care plans, insights, and assistant responses you request.
• Process subscriptions and manage your account.
• Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

We share data only with processors that help us run the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Anthropic (Claude) — processes your AI assistant messages and care-plan generation requests. Inputs are sent to generate a response and are not used to train models.
• RevenueCat & Stripe / Apple — subscription and payment processing.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your pets, legacy plans, or your entire account at any time from the app. On account deletion we remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. To request deletion, email support@pawsteward.online.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to pet and account records is protected by row-level security so you can only access your own data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
