You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Pawsteward offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription billed monthly or annually.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and the applicable fee is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel in your app store account settings (iOS) or your billing settings (web).
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Pawsteward uses AI to generate care suggestions, insights, and plans. This content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet, and a qualified professional for legal or financial matters. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for how you use it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload content that infringes others' rights or violates any law.
• Misuse the AI features to generate harmful or abusive content.

You retain ownership of the pet records, plans, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawsteward and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
